Our panini bread is 100% organic and is baked by Sunstone Artisan Bakery in
Ashland, OR. All paninis are made to order and are served with an organic green salad on the side.

Julek’s house sausage served in a bun with melted cheese, sauerkraut, horseradish and mustard.

Julek’s house sausage, arugula, pesto, and red onion served in a ciabatta roll with melted cheese and mustard.

Arugula, sun dried tomatoes, pesto, and red onion served in a ciabatta roll with melted cheese and mustard.

Finely chopped bacon with onion, garlic and spices. Served with homemade bread
Polish Style Sausage (Kielbasa)
Served with fresh homemade bread and mustard & horseradish.
Polish Dumplings (Pierogi)
4 Polish style dumplings filled with either spinach and garlic, potato and cheese, sauerkraut and mushroom or seasoned chicken.
Marinated in organic apple cider vinegar, olive oil and chopped fresh onion. Served with homemade bread.
4 Potato Cakes (Placki Ziemniaczane)
Topped with sour cream and sprinkled with cane sugar.
House Salad (Salata Zielona)
Mixed Greens with seasonal vegetables and beans.
Spinach Salad (Salatka Szpinakowa)
Fresh Spinach served with roasted walnuts and feta.
Beet Salad (Salatka Buraczkowa)
Red Vegetable Borscht (Barszcz Czerwony)
Beet soup with local vegetables in a chicken stock broth.

Creamy, sour soup with potatoes, boiled egg and slices of Polish Sausage.

Breaded Chicken or Pork Cutlet (Kotlet)
Served with barley, sauteed with onion and mushrooms.

Polish Style Patty (Kotlety)
Seasoned chicken patties, served with Julek's mashed potatoes.
Polish Hunter's Stew (Bigos)
Seasoned stew with sauerkraut, dried mushrooms, Julek's kielbasa sausage, pork and beef. Served with homemade bread.
Polish Goulash (Gulasz)
Pieces of chicken breast and turkey bacon or grass-fed beef and bacon stewed with onion and bell peppers in a rich gravy sauce. Served in a folded potato cake.
A combination of Polish Hunter's Stew -OR- 1 Cabbage Roll, one Julek's Sausage, a slice of homemade bread and your choice of three pierogi.
